(CNN) – In Mumbai, India, we saw first lady Michelle Obama play the tambourine, dance, and even kick off her shoes to play hopscotch with children. In New Delhi, India, she toured the National Handicrafts and Handloom Museum with children and checked out textiles and necklaces at the crafts center. She put some stylish outfits together, too.
We've been sharing these moments throughout the trip but check out this video by CNN.com producer LaTrina White, which includes highlights from India but also the first lady's Veterans Day surprise to troops in Germany.
After India, Mrs. Obama joined President Obama in Jakarta, Indonesia, but she did not go with her husband to South Korea and Japan. On her way back to Washington, on Thursday Mrs. Obama visited Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany. There, Mrs. Obama helped serve up a Veterans Day meal to some 200 service men and women. She also visited wounded troops recovering at nearby Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.
