Lisbon in fast forward

LISBON, Portugal (CNN) – CNN photojournalist Martin Dougherty and I take you behind the scenes of a recent trip with President Obama.  We take you through our grueling 20-hour day, starting at Andrews Air Force Base near Washington, flying overseas to Lisbon, Portugal, where we covered the president at the NATO Summit.

Nice work Khalil, it seems like just yesterday you were shooting car accidents in West Palm Beach. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the ATA Carnet cameo! Lots of fun watching this whirlwind through Lisbon. I want to publish a press release about your video because of the use of the carnet as an export promotion tool and Obama's National Export Initiative but I can't get the code from the CNN YouTube channel to embed the video. Any chance you can send it to me? I can publish it without the embedded video but it would go a lot further if I can include it with the appropriate credits of course.

Love the video of the President's day in fast forward. Great close-up of the ATA carnet making its debut on Air Force One. Hopefully more American exporters will benefit from the ease and savings an ATA Carnet provides, certainly CNN and its many news crews are already aware of this. Thanks CNN, for demonstrating the use of a carnet upon arrival in a foreign country!
