WASHINGTON (CNN)-Students to Free Tibet held a protest across the street from the White House in Lafayette Park on Tuesday.   The protest coincides with Chinese President Hu Jintao’s state visit.  According to the group's web site Student to Free Tibet work in a non-violent way " with the Tibetan people in their struggle for freedom and independence" from China.
