President Obama signed into law a bill that named a new federal courthouse after Arizona federal Judge John Roll. The judge was was among six people gunned down last month in Tuscon at an event for U.S. Republican Gabrielle Giffords.

Also in the photo are: Rep Paul Gosar, Rep Jeff Flake, Secretary Janet Napolitano, Senator John McCain, Rep Gabriel Giffords' Chief of Staff Pia Carusone, Rep Ed Pastor, Rep Trent Franks and Rep David Schweikert.
