For your answer to: Taxpayer's cost of President's trips....@ Google Answers: answers. google. com./ answers/threadview ?id 67027 that should give you a breakdown...and the understanding that presidential trips have been around for quite some time. Other than that, I would suggest getting a life.

Obama's policies have resulted in Afghanistan siding with Pakistan against America ... creating a Libya that goes sharia (with thousands of missing stinger missles) ... an Iraq which will be taken over by Iran ... and, the rest of the middle east, who we depend on for oil, to line up against us ... while throwing our strongest mid-east ally, Israel, under the bus. In the mean time, Obama has diverted, blocked, or stopped all new oil drilling in the U.S.A., in favor of his impractical, inequitable, ineffective green pixie dust ... leaving America dependent on our adversaries for our energy ... and, all of this, while dramatically increasing our debt, and lowering our credit rating ...now, that's what I call terrible leadership. obama will say, or do anything to get reelected.
obama is a shameless, self-serving con man ...
the main stream media are his shills ...
and, the American people are his marks !!!

SAVE AMERICA ... DUMP obama as soon as possible !!!

The President promised to bring home the soldiers from Iraq by Christmas. I have seen no follow up news on this in over a week. There's only 8+ weeks to go. It's a logistical thing, I guess. But if I were the President I'd get a goin'.

Did anyone hear the President say he was just kidding?

Did the President personally order Fast and Furious?

The jobs things were pretty much rejected by a number of Congressional moves already even before the President started this new thing reincarnation. Republicans and Democrats don't like it. Why is the President bringing all this up again? If he would offer up things the majority would vote for, all this impasse would go away.

    @Scott,

I don't know how to tell you this, but you are wrong. The people, the citizens, the electorate, the constituency prefer the president's plan on jobs (over 50%). So what type of sense does it make for the president to agree with a congress who is polling at about 9%? I know logic can be difficult to find sometimes, but this one is pretty clear.

Come on now...How hard is that for you to understand?

You are not speaking for all of America. The President’s plan has room for improvement, but it is the best plan offered by our so called leaders. People that I talk with daily disagree with the GOP. They want to see the GOP develop a plan that supports the middle class and low income families. They are not interested in plans that help 1% of the population avoid paying a fair percentage of their income in taxes.

We can not balance the budget without raising taxes. Cuts to some of the social programs are needed. Some social programs needs to be better managed, and tax breaks to corporations and the super wealthy needs to end.

@Scott – 1, No, the President did not personally order the Fast & Furious operation. 2, The President is taking the Jobs Bill to the people; to elicit more pressure from Congress's constitutes. 3, The impasse that you're referring to is the equivalent to giving the wealthy one-more-pass. Simply put, giving the wealthy one more break, makes the wealthy more wealthy. Giving tax breaks to the wealthy hasn't created any jobs. The Bush tax cuts of 2001 and 2003, have run their course, and need to expire.

  7. Fact

Even if Obama's job bill did get passed it won't have any real impact on the overall economy, even he knows that. It's just a way he can throw some taxpayer cash to the unions.

'Two wrongs make a right, that's the liberal way', huh Jay? Well how should I say this? When it comes to standing America back on her feet and putting Americans back to work...as far as some are concerned...All 'rights' make a wrong, that's the conservative way....even if they were known supporters of many of the suggested ideas before! One of their ideas for raising the economy is keeping the President in the Oval Office; off of Air Force One, Marine One or the Big Bus! BTW, 43 wrongs makes it right! LOL!

IF obama WINS A SECOND TERM, the only job he would create is his own. LOL !!!

Nope Howard. I don't think so! OBAMAS' job wouldn't EVEN be a job he created...that would be one that intelligent Americans created for him! We will put him right back in to his post as PRESIDENT of THE UNITED STATES as we did the first time, despite the the lies and mindless FAUX NEWS drivel you and the rest of your ilk post on the blogs everyday! Remember...'If obama WINS A SECOND TERM...', 'WINS' is the operative word, OK? That's something even GWB-43 has yet to do...TWO times! You're pathetic. LOL!
