The Congress should do something that makes the rich, and poor happy, and protects our country getting off imported oil..creating jobs and give the big oil men lots of oil, that is an endless supply, and they do not have to go hunting for...

Nevada would be a perfect place to build solar farms and shallow algae farms ... why fill up good farm land when you have a huge desert all around you and plenty of water too...If we turned that solar electricity into pure hydrogen by DC or AC methods..we could store it and pipe it to Los Angeles cheaper than building a super cooled high voltage power line..but would have to build a new power station near the city...Still pipelines are cheaper to build and power stations that do not emit anything should be fast to build..

Algae farms in shallow reserviors with lined bottoms would be easy to build and air bubble system easy to put in...and cheaper than drilling in deep off shore sites..Algae grows fast..harvest in just weeks...crush and send to any oil can make anything out of algae-green oil..motor oil, diesel fuel, jet fuel, kerosene, gasoline, plastics, medical supplies....why not grow algae in the huge deserts for fuel...and leave the corn fields for growing food..

And all the workers would need some place to live so those empty houses would get filled up too..

The jobless rate reported today is “corrupt as it can be” because President Barack Obama’s administration has decreased the size of the workforce.
According to the Department of Labor, employers added almost a quarter of a million jobs in January. According to Limbaugh, it eliminated 2 ½ million positions.

“The number of jobs not available to be filled exploded by an unprecedented, record number of 1.2 million,” he said. “That’s not a typo. That’s part of this 2 ½ million fewer jobs. It is corrupt as it can be.”

He said the shrinking of “the overall universe of jobs” led to the misconstrued dip in the unemployment rate, to 8.3, from 8.5 in December.

“No president has ever been re-elected when the unemployment rate’s over 8 percent, so guess what it’s going to be by the time we get to Election Day”

Howard you post your drivel everywhere, but that doesn't make it true or factual...all it does is make you look like a fool.
