Obama ad uses different tone in drawing contrast with Romney

(CNN) – President Barack Obama says in a new television spot that the economic plan favored by his rival Mitt Romney is a tired approach that would only favor the wealthy.

The Obama campaign says the minute-long ad, called "The Choice," will air in nine battleground states: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Obama's campaign said on Sunday they would not air any ads in Colorado through Friday in light of the shooting there last week. "The Choice" will begin airing in the state on Saturday, the Obama campaign tells CNN.

Forget Obama drawing a contrast to Romney ... how about drawing a similarity between Obama and Hugo Chavez. Like most dictator's, both used the democratic system to assume power, only to eliminate freedoms, rights, and the democratic system to others. Both took control of the main stream media, to control the message, and silence their opposition. Both ignore their constitution, act as they are above the law ... while using executive privilege to hide their crimes. Both demonize the successful, while hob nobbing with celebrities, living the life of luxury. In order to save America, we must remove Obama from office asap !!!

Uh...things are actually good for people with degrees and skills in high-demand industries.

It's alarming how you liberals expect the government to fix everything for you. If your economic situation isn't good, the issue is a lot closer to home than you're acknowledging.

When Obama uses the power of the state to audit the taxes of his opponent's contributors, it's nothing more than a desperate, dictatorial despot, using Chicago thuggery and gutter politics, to win at any cost. Obama is the liar and thief,
who must be removed from office, in order to save America !!!

Jesus you guys are loons. Obama has done NOTHING to audit Romney's taxes.

Independents won't vote for him if he sticks with his "you'll see only what I want you to see" part. This isn't like the birthers or college transcript folks who are a tiny percentage of people who weren't going to vote for Obama anyway.

More than half the country says they are relevant. Therefore, they are relevant. Try and win without independents.

Mitt chose to personally invest alongside Bain on Stericycle. That's not an issue to independents although kind of gross.

No matter how much you believe in the purity of the profit motive, Mitt has a really tough time saying that he made millions off of disposing of dead, bloody, aborted fetuses.

That's going to be a tough sell with the base. Is making $1M off of dead fetuses too much? $10MM? Is just $1 unacceptable?

It's a serious issue. No one ever said it was an IRS issue.

Hey genius ... when you learn to read ... you'll see that I stated that Romney's campaign contributors were audited. Romney supporters who are on Obama's enemies list ... who Obama publicly criticized ... were audited by both the IRS, and The Labor Department, within one week of Obama's demonizing them. This blatant intimidation is disgusting ... and, Obama stooges who don't pay attention, are clueless enablers, who are allowing this charlatan to get away with it.

Ok, so many of you don't like Obama. He's a liar, thief, etc. He's the worst president ever. He's a communist. He's a socialist. He's a communist socialist Marxist (which isn't possible but evidently Rush said it once and you pinheads liked it).

One should not need to mention Obama to answer this question: When has trickle down worked?

With a burn rate that outspends Romney at 5 to 1 ... the bully pulpit ... a biased main stream media ... and, incombency in his favor ... Obama still can't seem to pull ahead of Romney. Even with misinformation ... executive cover-ups ... and outright lies ... the American people can see through the Obama B.S. !!!
