POTUS's schedule for Thursday, August 23

All's quiet on the West Wing front for today. President Obama got back late, late last night from his latest campaign swing and so far the only thing on his schedule is after noon when he and VP Biden receive the Presidential Daily Briefing. Other than that, we can assume he'll have plenty of closed door, not on the public schedule, meetings. We will get to hear from the White House today during Press Secretary Jay Carney's daily briefing at 11:15a.
