In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing and the Economic Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. These meetings are closed press.
In the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at an event in the East Room marking Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The President will highlight the unprecedented coordination and cooperation across the entire government to protect victims of domestic and sexual violence and enable survivors to break the cycle of abuse. The Vice President will also attend. This event is open press.
Later, the President will tape an interview for the Daily Show with Jon Stewart at the Harman Center for the Arts in Washington, DC. There will be a spray for pool still photographers only.
