POTUS schedule for January 20, 2011

Good morning from the CNN White House Unit -

Two years ago today Barack Obama was inaugurated as the 44th President of the United States. Things will be a bit quieter today as we only expect to see the president at one public event later this evening. He begins his day receiving the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office, followed by a meeting with his senior advisors. He will then receive the Economic Daily Briefing which will be followed by a meeting with Vice Presient Biden.

Later, President Obama and Vice President Biden will meet with a bipartisan group of mayors in the Roosevelt Room of the White House to discuss jobs and the economy.

This evening, President Obama will deliver remarks at the Kennedy Center in Washington to mark another inaugural anniversary – the 50th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy taking the oath of office.
