The Contenders: Mr. Incumbent![]() WASHINGTON (CNN) –The President's hitting the road tomorrow. This time it's Michigan and the White House says the trip is to tout his message on his national wireless initiative. But only that? With 2012 looming and the Iowa caucuses one year away it seems his recent trips have focused on states where he might need those all important electoral votes ( Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Indiana and now Michigan all post midterm elex). But does the power of the presidency help or hurt when you're running? Yeah there are perks (think Air Force One) but there's a downside to incumbency –controversial policies, dealing with world crisis to name a few. This week CNN is taking a look at the 2012 race: The Contenders. And our senior White House correspondent Ed Henry is looking at President Obama transitioning to candidate Obama talking with two strategists who have been through the whole game before- Democrat Jack Quinn who was Al Gore's former chief of staff and former Republican National Committee Chairman Ed Gillespie. Take a look. |

Well it looks like you all at CNN are getting set to start the picking apart of what is GOING to happen in the 2012 elections. That's what AMERICAS' progandist media does WELL these days, as they get out front, to systematically plant negative seeds against the PRESIDENT, his administration, and even his supporters; setting off a bleak, fearmongering and confusing perception among the AMERICAN people! I don't care what anyone says; no president has ever been placed under this much scrutiny and pressure!!
What contenders? They can't even find one. Nothing that comes close to President Obama.
