WASHINGTON (CNN) - President Obama travels to Marquette, Michigan, where he will tour a classroom at Northern Michigan University and learn about their internet WiMax system. He will then make remarks at 1:30 p.m. ET. CNN's Kate Bolduan reports the president will unveil his plan for nationwide broadband internet access, something he pushed for in his State of the Union address.
