President Obama arrives in frigid Michigan

MARQUETTE, Michigan (CNN) - President Obama has just arrived to a frigid Marquette, Michigan (19 degrees BELOW zero with the wind chill!).

He's here at Northern Michigan University to deliver his message on expanding wireless internet for schools, businesses and public safety. It's the administration's national wireless initiative which he touched on at his State of the Union address last month.

The president is accompanied by Michigan Sen. Carl Levin (D) who flew here with the president on Air Force One. Obama takes part in a distance learning demonstration at Northern Michigan University which is at the forefront in developing wireless access for their school. The president will speak at the University at 1:30p EDT. He's also expected to address the unfolding crisis in Egypt.

In an effort to be America's savior, Obama's colossal EGO continues to irresponsibly play fast and loose, gambling billions, and even trillions of dollars, that the American people sweated blood to earn and save.

If Pres Obama is a "savior", then what was the last POTUS for running the nations finances into the dirt, starting two wars without paying for them, and weakening gov't oversight of critical sectors of our economy which lead to the weakening of this nation both economically and financially.

Quit fighting the outcome of the last election. Tough decisions are made in tough times. Pres Obama has ACHIEVED more legislatively than any POTUS in modern time in a very short amount of time. Each Presidency is unique, but you're too STUPID to rationally analyze historical and political events. Better stay in that trailer park of yours, you only embarrass yourself when you come out of hiding behind your keyboard fool.

        Wow. Where to begin?

First of all, before calling others "stupid" educate yourself.

The excessive spending and "running the nation[']s finances into the dirt" began when the democrats took over congress, yes Bush should have vetoed it that was his mistake. We were attacked, multiple times by the same people dating back several presidents. Bush responded in a constitutionally legitmate back by democrats and republicans. The cost of the attack on the US economy dwarfs the money spent in defending the country and was avoidable, but other administrations "kicked that can down the road." The same thing is being done with the federal spending.

I assume by oversight you are referring to the mortgage crisis. If so, again check the record. The republicans were seeking reforms and provided warnings years before it happened. However the people charged with oversight led by Reid and Frank refused to look into it. Wonder why?

Your "savior" may have rammed through some legislation, which you consider a victory. But he has accomplished nothing. The economy is going the wrong way, the US's stature in the world has declined, people have less freedom, and we are being warned by communist states that we are becoming to statist. I guess you are right he has accomplished his goals.

Sadly, this president and the congress did nothing more than weaken the fundamental law of this country.

I'm sure he'll discuss global warming and how without creating the unemployment, reducing the oil supply, and health care it would be 15 or 16 below zero with windchill. He will also discuss how his internet initiatives will enable these students to look for jobs on-line for 4 years after graduation to pay off the massive student loan debt. Thankfully these "children" can be on their parents health insurance until they are 26! After all you are not really an adult until 30 something, right?

Sarcasm without alternative COMMENTARY is USELESS......either come up with an alternative solution or quit embarrassing yourself - like turn off the computer. Pres Obama didn't cause your misery or your 401K to dive into a dirty toilet.....complaining just because it makes you "feel good" is really FOOLISH.

Now, now, NOW!!! Let us be frank, President Barack OBAMA will be relected in 2012. The sad reality is, people are against him because of his race. He has accomplished more than ANY American President since Roosevelt and President Obama, did it in 2 years compare to 12 for Rosevelt in the 1930's and beyond.

The sad reality is, Americans are either too ignorant or two arrogant and both get you no place except falling into a PIT, which of course took place in 2008. The GOP and Bush did that, trying to blame it on the Black President isn't going to change the fact that you are ignorant. Education matters, having your childrens go to college is great, but having them graduate with 2.0 GPA is like...REALLY, no wonder they can't get any jobs except at Burger King. The truth of the matter is that President OBAMA is more PATRIOTIC than any of you. America isn't just for some of you, it is for ALL OF US. The sad reality is, come summer this year America will CHANGE. Palin will be the GOP nominee for President, but that will show how ignorant, arrogant and stupid you truly are. You think someone with a 2.0 GPA can manage the world, yeah, funny you! You can put lipstick on a PIG it is still a pig, you can dress it up in pearls, it is still a pig, you can feed it at the table and not in a trout, it is still a pig, and YOU ARE STILL IGNORANT.

America the beautiful. I love OBAMA HEALTHCARE, it is better than the socialist medicare/medicade and all the other hand outs you seem to like. How about you give us OBAMACARE and we cancell medicare/medicade and SS. Or you can allow the GOP to increase your SS age to 70, see how that goes! Empyty vessels makes the most noise!

Eh, it wasn't that cold out today. But boyo, some of the attitudes around are.

Here it is from the horse's mouth: I go to NMU, I use the wireless system- but rarely for schoolwork. 90% of my access is not related to academics, as it is for most students. the best way to enhance learning is to teach students how to learn, rather than just teach. Really doesn't add much to the quality of life here- just means you can be distracted in more places. For example, I was on top of Hogsback this last summer, surfing the web. I looked up and saw the natural beauty technology was separating me from. It wasn't an earth shattering moment, but it solidified that I was missing out on my own life by embracing too much technology.

So, having stated by opinion, I'll be heading back to my happy corner of the world. It may be a bit chilly, but at least none of you loonies are up here.

Obama is going to bankrupt and destroy America. He is systematically dismantling our economy, our traditions, our history, our constitution, our freedoms, and our national security.
