No date night for the Obamas

The White House press office called a “travel photo lid” today at 4:15pm, which means President Obama is not leaving the White House for the rest of the evening.

Translation: there will be no date night tonight for the president and the first lady.

No word on how the first couple will spend the evening, but when asked what he planned on giving Mrs. Obama for Valentine's Day during his YouTube interview last month, President Obama responded, “The thing that she wants usually, most of all, is time, so we always try to get a date night out on Valentine’s Day.”
