Obama's Oscars cameo

President Obama made a surprise pre-taped cameo at Sunday's Academy Awards program, where he divulged his all-time favorite movie song was As Time Goes By, performed by Dooley Wilson in the 1942 film Casablanca.

The song that famously prompted Ingrid Bergman to say, "Play it, Sam," also ranked as the #2 movie song by the American Film Institute.

Their #1 pick was Somewhere Over the Rainbow.

    I have a tingle up my leg that Obama was able to take time out of his busy schedule while our country is going down in flames under the weight of debt and spending and the threat of international turmoil to give a Oscar's cameo shout out. Thank goodness. Where would this country be without the reassurance of a Barack Obama cameo?

Had the PRESIDENT been FORMER PRESIDENTS BUSH, CLINTON or anyone of the past 43, that garbage wouldn't have even come up in your stupid head, not to speak of out of your foul mouth; and through your pointing fingers on this blog! SHAMEFUL! And they keep calling me a racist or bigot, simply because I have the gift of discernment and can point it out wherever it shows up! SHAMEFUL!

      Liz, you do see the irony of this don't you?

      A bigot is a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance.

      You are intolerantly devoted to your opinions. You attack anyone who disagrees with you with hatred and intolerance. If you suspect, or insist, that the person is white you are even more vicious. Therefore you are a bigot.
