Some AMERICANS believe in giving credit where credit is due. It's not just about making the 'feel good'; it's more about acknowledging the origin of the basis of our space proram's success. It's also an offering of appreciation to their contributions and participation in that success! I know it's hard for some haters to understand this concept, or even to acknowledge just due, without tearing it down and picking it apart!. However, that's the world we live in; a dismissive, hate-filled, begrudging world.
Yes we should give credit, but please explain why we have to stop our space program? Are we not able to continue our exploration and give credit at the same time?
Oooops! My above comment was meant to be posted under 'Whitehouse In Review' May 13, 2011. Please forgive me.
