Please, 73% of you think that the Republicans are 100% to blame for this problem? So far, the only thing Obama is willing to give are ariticial savings. If I were in Boeners position, I would agree to the Whopping 4.3 Billion that the Government will gain by closing the Jet and Oil loopholes (Which Obama Supported in the last Stimulus package.) In Exchange for Say 200 Billion in cuts to the entitlements that add up to about $1.4 Trillion a year. This would be in addition to the cuts already agreed to. Win Win for Republicans. If the extra taxes cost the country jobs, then hang it around Obamas neck.

I personally like Ron Pauls Idea about foregoing the 1.7 Trillion owed to the Federal Reserve. But hey, what does he know, he only predicted the housing bubble collapse that threw us into this tailspin 5 yrs before it occured.

Who cares, this is nothing but a circle jerk anyway. WAKE UP!! This money travels in a big circle every time it comes around we add more, this is nothing but a show. The only people that win when more money is pumped in is the BANKS. Have we all forgotten who got us in this mess in the first place. And you want to trust congress to do the right thing?
THEY CAN'T EVEN BALANCE THEIR OWN CHECK BOOKS, OR PAY THEIR OWN TAXES.

The taxpayers need to wake up and blame all who sit up there. Stop paying all politicans until they come up with a sensible budget to pay down this debt, that THEY created with entitlements, foreign aid. What happen to the people here at home? There is fraud and more fraud in the welfare system. Investigate medicare and see how much double billing is going on. I bet there is a trillion there.
To blame the Republicans is dumb. The democraps have had control for 2 years and no budget. They all need to be replaced.
