POTUS' Day Ahead: B-Ball on an aircraft carrier

Good morning from the White House. It's a long day in store for President Obama, who will cross several timezones before ending up in Hawaii at 10:30 p.m. local time (3:30 a.m. ET).

But before that, the president kicks off this Veterans Day with a breakfast honoring former service members and then heads to Arlington National Cemetery for a wreath-laying ceremony.

At 1:05 p.m., the president will depart the South Lawn of the White House on his way to San Diego, where he will deliver remarks on the USS Carl Vinson - the aircraft carrier that burried the body of Osama bin Laden at sea last spring. Obama will also watch a match up between Michigan State and UNC to be played on a makeshift court on the deck of the carrier.

Following interviews with Westwood One and ESPN, the president then heads to Hawaii for the night.

I just want to take this moment on Veterans' Day to thank all the US military who helped us in Australia in the Pacific War. Britain tried to stop our own troops from returning from the European War to defend Australia, but America reached across the Pacific and helpd us. This will never be forgotten here in Australia.

Our president has a full plate I am sure some will complain that he watched a game. Better to stay busy than to listen to the repo clowns trying to run against him. Good luck MR Pres. I hope you can secure us some more jobs

Instead of continuing his non-stop demands for Americans to give up a portion of their incomes ... why doesn't this fool just stop spending and squandering America's hard earned money on stupid expenditures??? Obama has increased our national debt by 4 TRILLION dollars in just 3 years. He sends Billions to countries who hate us. He uses crony capitalism to irresponsibly throw billions down 'green' rat holes. He forces through Trillion dollar unconstitutional, corrupt, 'pass it to see what's in it', pork laden, legislation, which is destroying our economy. He uses the failed, bankrupt policies of Europe, as a blueprint for America's fragile economy. He gets America's credit rating to drop, for the first time in 50 years. All this, and more, while he and Michelle throw OUR hard money around like water, on their extravagant personal trips, parties, and indulgences. The only way to save America, is to throw this lying scoundrel out of office.

So, how much of my tax monies were spent on converting the carrier for the game? I guess we have unlimited tax payer funds to spend on such trivial luxuries. Insensitive, at best!
