POTUS Day Ahead: Hawaii Edition![]() President Obama wrapped up the Asian Pacific Economic Partnership meeting with a press conference last night in Honolulu, Hawaii. The White House released a statement on the outcome of the meeting announcing that "leaders agreed to adopt market-driven innovation policies, reduce tariffs and eliminate other barriers to trade in environmental goods and services, and improve regulatory environments to reduce unnecessary burdens on businesses. " The administration claimed "these steps will help U.S.growth and jobs by expanding export opportunities in the world’s fastest growing region." Today the president spends a relatively quiet day in Hawaii, attending a fundraiser at the Aulani Disney Resort in Kapolei. Here's a look at the sparse official schedule:
