Is it any coincidence that the address of the White House is 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and the numbers of the license plates on the presidential limousines add up to 1600? Here the armored Chevrolet Suburban has the license plate 800 002. Do the math. 800 times 002 equals 1600. Coincidence? I think not!

      @Ignorant BOOB in Philly:
      I think you summed up exactly what irks you, by your use of the word skin. However you racist twit....the vehicle belongs to the United States of America, and was a procurement of the U.S. secret service department. They purchase the equipment needed to do their job of protecting the President.

      The president of the United States has more, on his plate, to do than select the vehicle he rides in. Things like cleaning up the messes left by the last occupant of the back seat.

      Obama-Biden 2012!

    I think this topic of new media tools in plotiics is interesting when considering campaign spending. The guys over at Freakonomics have held that campaign spending has minimal overall importance raising/spending money and winning elections have a correlation but not a causal relationship. It would seem new media tools provide more face time and better opportunity to convince people you are likable. Here is my question: Why aren't third-party candidates as active in this relatively inexpensive area? Or are they and they are just not successful?
