You must be mistaken. If this were a campaign trip he would be required by law to pay for it. I think we are paying for it so it can't be a campaign trip to raise money. That would be against the law...

If it is a campaign trip I am sure President Obama or those backing that part of the campaign will be paying for it.

As if that has ever stopped him before !!!
At this point in time, obama has gotten away with so much ...
thanks to the army of obama stooges, who forgive him everything ...
he's become so arrogant, he doesn't even think he has to worry about the
      appearance of propriety anymore.
The only thing that keeps obama from COMPLETELY disregarding
our constitution, or from being a full blown dictator,
is the upcoming election. If this egomaniac gets reelected,
there will nothing to keep him from going completely out of control,
and turning America into a wasteland !!!

@Howeekkk May I suggest delving into the following volume and enlightening yourself...or would doing so spoil your hate filled posts?

"George W. Bush and the Permanent Campaign" The Public Purpose, Vol.III by Emily Jane Charnock
        http://www.american.edu/spa/publicpurpose/upload/George-W-Bush-and-the-Permanent-Campaign-Trail.pdf

It seems George W....was busy campaigning for reelection as early as 2001. That is why he was listening to My Pet Goat on 9/11.
