Ready Set Roll The White House Easter Egg Roll is just around the corner. It is scheduled for April 9th and 35,000 people are expected to attend. Today the White House announced the theme “Let’s Go, Let’s Play, Let’s Move”. The games and activities are geared to promote the idea of living an active healthy life. Bo is featured this year on one of the souvenir eggs and The White House has dressed him up in a video promoting the event. All of these staged events paint a human face on Obama, while he continues to pick our pockets, and revoke our freedoms.

Although Massachusetts, Washington D.C. and New York state are considered to have the strictest gun laws.
My feeling is.... if hunting a game animal with the weapon is illegal it should be illegal to own.

Starting before 1870 the Easter egg hunts were on the Capitol grounds. In 1876 Congress passed a law stating the that Capitol grounds could not be used as a playground. The event was moved to the White House grounds in 1878.

If Obama were not corrupt, it wouldn't matter if he staged P.R. events, like other Presidents have. I am not against this right now, but I would like to know what the overall expense is. These types of things should remain in place, but a move should be made to fund them privately. I feel the same way about other fundraisers, team visits, parties, entertainment events and most dinner events heald by sitting politicians.
