After the election which ends November 6, He's still President until Jan.21. What's the big deal and what exactly was he referring to? Is it up to our imagination to fill in the blanks?

It's up to the press to ask those questions and then he fills in the blanks, at least that's the way it should work.

WOW if this were a repblicanlll

On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space,” Obama could be heard telling Medvedev, referring to incoming President Vladimir Putin.

“Yeah, I understand,” Medvedev replied in English. “I understand your message about space. Space for you.”

Obama interrupted to say: “This is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility.”

Yeah, big things that America should know about before he bows down to Russia. Big things that you must not understand. Just go along, right? Geesh!

  5. How did we end up here?

I'm really shocked at the laid back response to this revelation. First of all, his smug assumption that he will be reelected and secondly that he's reassuring the outgoing Russian president (and asking him to pass on to Putin) his plans to deal with disarming the US at a time when we face dangers from around the world. What is happening to this country? I hear the President calling for civility towards women, even making a personal phone call to Ms. Fluke, for the sake of his daughters, after repulsive comments are made. But he accepts a million dollars from one of the most offensive to women, so called comedian, who thinks of himself as a political commentator. And nothing is said about women being referred to as boobs, c--, tw-. This president has put himself squarely in the middle of the Martin case, without knowing the full story, thereby encouraging the rogue Black Panther Party to post a reward for Zimmerman, dead or alive. Do we not have a justice system? How about more time devoted to the selling out of our national security????

Only an educated American would understand the complexity of this issue and the context of this statement made by the president. If unaware Americans weren't so completely ignorant and could see past the ludicrous information shoved down their throat on a daily bases by the rightwing media, we could actually progress as a nation. The striking thing about this statement made by the president is it is absolutely true. The president cannot make tough and contentious decisions during an election year, when the ignorant general public is so polarized by misleading and inaccurate rhetoric. Wake up America!

Back to the 50's? when Eisenhower was building the roads, industry was booming and the unemployment rate was how low? yes, there was a sh*tload of social problems, but compared to today...think of the time frame...it's how many years later...the roads still work need repair...but where is the industry...how many kids can walk the street???

What's up with all the OBAMA comments... I mean, the smallest thing he does... everyone automatically assumes its sooooooo bad. I mean, obviously HES THE PRESIDENT! And if any Americans TRULY cared for the COUNTRY they'd support 100% to whom is RUNNING it! Idiots, I used to like CNN... CNN, please start getting your stories straight!! Youre starting to remind me of FOX and FOX news sucks!!

LOL...This proves one thing...we are not in control of ourselves. We will doubt what we see and hear if it does not support what we already think about someone. Run two videos with exact same set of circumstances – one with Bush and one with Obama. Obama supporters will believe it is nothing with Obama and that it proves Bush is an idiot. It works the other way around to. So, why do we argue so if we are not willing, or able, to modify our stance with new information? These stories simply prove why people in power do not listen to those who already like them...they're already in the bucket. And we wonder why they treat us as if we are stupid? ROTF

Disagree, your talking about two different characteristics here. One smart the other not so smart, so it could mean one thing for Obama and another for Bush. Depends on the mentality. Just like asking Palin what newspapers do you read? Smart person could even lie and name one they have never touched before. Its a difference my friend

my mother always said " when someone tells you who they are, listen!" obama has once again told us... he is NOT an American...in actions, words, or thought. This is why he has hidden much of his past.

    • Jennifer

And what exactly did he say, " I AM NOT A AMERICAN"! Now your putting YOUR words oh I'm sorry FOX NEWS words into his mouth! I have never heard him say that. Now Santorum on the other hand has said too much and swore and claims to be the best christian to ever walk the earth! Give me a break and save the lives for your little mind that you live in.

Jennifer, you might be that dumb, but Obama isn't. Why would the man say he's not an American if he wants votes? I'm sorry, take away the word might. His actions speak louder than words. He got caught telling this man things that he doesn't even tell America. I guess that's okay with you. Do you even know what this is about? Try figuring it out without the Obama worship.

Ignorance Jerry, real ignorance. I assume you are one of the non-college educated Rick Santorum supporter so fearful of Obama moulding you in his image ... Words from you boy Ricky. Get educated and informed... It'll take you a long long way... Just a thought

I was highly offended by Ari Fleisher and his rant on Obama's foreign policy. After the role he played with the Bush administration and their war with Iraq, and Ari's role in the Plame affair in '03 and Komen last year, I think he has NO RIGHT to comment on Obama.
