The President's Memorial Day schedule

The President honors veterans by laying a wreath and making remarks at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery this morning. Early in the afternoon, he will be joined by the First Lady, Vice-President Biden and Dr. Biden at the Vietnam Wall Memorial for additional remarks. On Friday, the President issued a proclamation commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the start of the Vietnam War – “a 13-year program to honor and give thanks to a generation of proud Americans who saw our country through one of the most challenging missions we have ever faced.”

    If you've never been to Arlington I would urge you to go. Every citizen should see the changing of the guard and see the graves in person, it reminds us that freedom isn't free.

    half of our returning veterans are applying for disabilities... and today obama is welcoming back Vietnam Veterans and hosting women submariners into the white house.... phony, divisive, and working very hard to cover his (obamas) dismal anti-american record.

    The memorial day schedule..thanks CNN for the usless stories...this is truly yesterday's news...CNN is as lame as a printed newspaper.

    If i wanted yesterday's news, i'd pickup yesterday's paper.
