Obama to Ohio again! President Obama is heading back to the battleground state of Ohio this morning. His eighth trip to the buckeye state this year. The battle for the state's 18 electoral votes will be an expensive one. According to Campaign Media Analysis Group, which tracks political ad spending on broadcast TV and national cable more than $22 million has been spent by the campaigns and in the independent groups to put up ads in Ohio since the start of the general election campaign in early April. When Obama returns to the White House he will head back out to the Verizon Center to watch a bit of basketball. Team USA, men and women , will play exhibition games tonight against Brazil as they prep for the upcoming London Olympics. It annoys me that my fellow Ohioans have such an outsized role in the presidential election. We need to go to a popular vote instead of a state-based one so all Americans get equal say.
Only campaign events shown in Ohio, so I guess Obama will be picking up the whole tab for this trip ( yeah right ).

We need to keep up the pressure on Romney to release his tax returns and to explain when he left Bain Capital. All of the interviews that I have seen is about him whining about how the Dems are running negative ads. What about the primaries and the negative ads he ran.

I would refer Obama to the internet itself for the reason the Internet was created – & it sure isn't the lie he just spouted.
I guess whether it's his birth certificate or Romney's departure date at Bain – both parties refuse to address the real issues & just keep throwing up spoke screens to try & keep America from seeing the real truth.

Lionel, tax records are not the issue in this country. He has released exactly what is required...and people with any brainwaves at all – really don't give a fat rat about that. Obama never released half of what he was asked to do – took 2.5 years to release a birth certificate, never released college records, never released any form education records, etc. He was obviously elected. The issues need to be vetted and when we have a president who bashes the successful day after day, even stooping low enough to say that those who are successful didn't get there on their own, and sticking his foot deeper into his mouth by saying that the successful think they built something on their own, blah blah. What idiot says that? Our President. He is so out of touch with the citizens of this country. So, Lionel get in the real world here – Mitt's tax records are not an issue. A president who thinks that taxing americans who can't afford health care, who wants you and me and every american dependent on government, who is anti-capitalism, anti-american, anti-chrisitan, anti-Constitution – and who has divided this country more so than in any generation – and has no plan and no way to run on anything successful – that's the problem. While Romney isn't perfect – he is American and believes in this country and has worked in this country in many roles...which is something the President can't say he's done. Oh and if you really want the truth about the President – do a little research on his brother who is living in poverty and while the president tells all of us to pay more – he has done nothing to help his brother. We call that hypocritical.

Half of GE's worforce is overseas, they also keep the profits overseas so they won't have to pay taxes. Obama when he appointed Imelt to his "jobs" council, "We have a lot we can learn from GE". GE has also received billions in govt loans and grants. He and Imelt laughed when asked about "shovel ready" jobs regarding the stimulus.

NASA is leading the project for the newest successor of the HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE that will launch into space in 2018 when it will be carried by a Araine 5 rocket. Work on the new telescope is being jointly done by several Utah entities as we speak. Government helping business to move America forward. I went to the bathroom this morning and was thinking how I couldn't have wiped myself without all the people who made that possible; for example, the toilet paper manufacturers' kids, who nagged the assembly-line worker into getting out of bed that winter morning so many months ago, and the the bank teller who processed the loan for the car that drove the taxi driver to the airport to pick up the FedEx pilot who delivered the assembly-line workers' kids' Nintendo Wii, which allowed THAT worker to have a paycheck...and the list goes on...
