Show me the money Campaign 2012 is now in full swing and the theme could be “show me the money”. Wednesday President Obama raised a cool one and a half million dollars in just under an hour meeting with 25 high dollar donors at Washington’s tony Mandarin Oriental Hotel. A Democratic campaign official tells a pool reporter each of the 25 attendees donated at least $60,000 a piece to be split between the Obama Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee of Obama for America, the Democratic National Committee and several state Democratic parties. Just last month the Obama campaign lamented it was out fundraised by the Romney campaign. The presumed Republican nominee announced he raised $106 million dollars in June compared to just $71 million raised by President Obama. |

How about Romney's college records? President Obama was an excellent student who earned his place at Columbia and Harvard. He had to take out student loans to pay for school, as did First Lady Michelle. They were not from elitist rich families who handed them everything and bought them their way into prestigious schools. How about Romney's record of bullying at his prep school? Beating and constantly humiliating a gay boy and Romney still thinks it didn't matter. Romney thinks the rules the rest of us live by don't apply to him. It is why he will not release his tax returns, why he hides his money in 5 foreign countries to avoid paying taxes, why he has yet to stand FOR anything as someone who wants to be our leader. Money may buy him all his juvenile nasty commercials but it will not buy him character, integrity or trustworthiness. It will not buy our votes or our loyalty. We know President Obama and like him. We know what a great and successful leader he is. We do not know Romney and all we have seen makes us doubt him and find him very lacking to be President. I stand with President Obama. No amount of money will change that.
If you spent more time reading news than you did reading a chain letter sent to your work email, maybe you'd wake up and smell the coffee. The "Obama's College Transcript says he's a foreigner" hoax has been debunked about 500 times.
There are so many lies here. First and foremost, Romney earned everything he has – that is your first lie. Romney was 13 in that story Obama's people told. One of the people bullied claimed not to be there. HE WAS 13 YEARS OLD? All rich people have bank accounts in other countries, including Obama and Wasserman-Schultz – the two people who keep bringing this up. You claim to know Obama, but you lie to try to defend him. That is all we need to know.
Romney is a good man. Obama is a classless low life for doing what he is trying to do to Romney. He is also clueless – why else would he say that people who built businesses did not do it on their own?

Please someone should ask Mr Mitt to show his 12 years of tax returns. If he aint hiding anything then let him do that. Less we forget that Mitts father was the inventor of this idea and since then it has been an American tradition for every president to do that. So he is not an exception and MUST do so.

Republican insiders are leaking they are already looking for another candidate to replace Romney before their convention. He has self-destructed and his lack of character and integrity or any effort to tell what he stands FOR have destroyed his ability to compete with President Obama. Once the People find out what is the Ryan budget Romney calls "marvelous", it will be completely over for Romney and the House Republicans. Republicans have nothing to offer because they have sold their soul to the corporations and Wall St who destroyed our economy and most of the middle class. Republicans have no solutions for the People. They have betrayed the People with obstructionist tactics to have America fail for their sick political games. They are the ones who should be called "unAmerican" and "foreign" in how they have abandoned doing what is best for ALL Americans- like Jobs, Infrastructure, Education, Healthcare. Gloom and doom? If Obama is Re-Elected and Jobs remain scarce who will fund all those things you mention. As you may have noticed, we are heading over the Cliff. Something has to give. The democrats want to raise Taxes. The Republicians want to cut Spending. We are borrowing about 40 cents out of every dollar we (The Federal Government) spend. It is a huge mess with no end in site. I don't know what the people will decide in November but the current Adminstration isn't doing too well. Good luck.
