Obama plans Iowa blitz while Romney criss-crosses swing states (CNN) - President Barack Obama is readying for a three-day blitz next week through Iowa, the swing state that ignited his 2008 primary charge against Hillary Clinton and later handed him a 10-point victory over Sen. John McCain. The seven-city tour, lasting next Monday through Wednesday, will include stops in seven separate cities: Council Bluffs, Boone, Oskaloosa, Marshalltown, Waterloo, Dubuque, and Davenport. The campaign also said that first lady Michelle Obama will appear with her husband on the third day of the trip to be on hand at the stops in Dubuque and Davenport. Obama's campaign swing coincides with the similarly feverish travel schedule of rival Mitt Romney, whose multi-state bus tour commencing this weekend will take the former Massachusetts governor to Florida and Ohio while Obama is in Iowa. With seven electoral votes, and an electorate that comes to know presidential candidates better than that of nearly every state, Iowa is being eyed heavily by both campaigns. An NBC News/Marist poll conducted last May found the race dead even between Obama and rival Mitt Romney, each at 44 percent. Obama has visited Iowa seven times since announcing his re-election bid last year – most recently to hold a campaign rally in Cedar Rapids. |

I'd like to see what Obama's internal polling is, you know it's a lot different than what the "mainstream" pollsters results are. I don't think Obama samples 25% more democrats like the other pollsters do. If Iowa were a lock he wouldn't even be going there.

She even when so far as to comment on the SuperPac ad about the man who claimed his wife died because Bain had closed the plant where he worked and it ended his healthcare for his family. She didn't say that Mitt was absolutely not working at Bain when that happened, and she didn't deny that Romney and Bain walked away with $9 million after closing it down. BUT, WHAT SHE DID SAY WAS -–"His family would have had healthcare if they had lived in Mass."
Thanks to Obama's deception in 2008, Americans had no idea of what a monster they were putting into the White House. Now, that our country is completely polarized, and 15+ Trillion in debt ... Americans are finally waking up to the lies and theft from this shameful charlatan.

Why has Obama spent over a million dollars to seal his college records. If someone spends a million dollars to hide the truth about themselves, there must be something extremely corrupt in their back ground. Big Government – Big Church – Big Business: What ever happened to the separation of church and state? It is quite disturbing to perform an internet search for Utah Transit Authority Park and Ride Lots, and be provided with a list on the UTA website of what seems to contain dozens if not every one of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) – The Mormons, church locations in Salt Lake, Davis, Tooele, Weber, and Utah counties – some of the largest counties in the state of Utah. Is the LDS church receiving federal/state tax dollar compensation for the use of these locations? If so, since when did US federal tax payors begin paying the operational/maintainence costs of organized religions of which there are thousands? I am sure the LDS church would love to do the same in your state, and probably will as GOP candidate Mitt Romney and other LDS faithful lawmakers go to Washington to continue to push for state's rights. What ever happened to the household expression of "the separation of church and state" anyway? I think we can probably thank Utah Senator Orin Hatch and other LDS faithful lawmakers for launching and adamantly pursuing the movement for states rights (under the guise of FREEDOM FOR AMERICA) and for smudging that fine line to exempt the LDS church and the State of Utah from federal guidelines.
