The private equity firm founded by Republicans presidental candidate, Mitt Romney made use of arcane techniques in several of it's Cayman Island-based funds to AVOID U.S. TAXES, according to a TROVE of Bain Capital's private audit and finance records made public on the website GAWKER today.
The publication of the Bain documents on the GAWKER websitte could rekindle debate about Romney's role at the company and specifically about Bain's decision to domicile many of it's funds in offshore locations known as tax havens personally stating it was with the intent of avoiding taxes on documents themselves. Drake, you might to look deeper into Bain other than from Democratic ads. In the later part of the 1990 Bain supported a single store business. Today that store is a supply chain that employs over 88,000 people in this country, Office Depot. Bain has supported a number of businesses that grow successful in this country.
Of course, the fact that we have the highest corporate tax rate in the world, more threats to increase taxes, threats to increase regulations and ACA will certainly provide incentive to build a business here. You would think the current President understood this about the economy.

I knew practically nothing about Bill Clinton when he ran for president. My assesment slowly congeled as I saw and read and heard about him. I came to the conclusiion that he doesn't know which end is up. You don't have to know anything to get elected president. I put Obama in the same catagory. He really doesn't understand what is needed to ba a good president. We may do no better with Romney but we can do no worse. Romney has been identified as someone that does understand the needs of the country. I have hears there is a group that asses elections. They have not misses in over 20 plus years. They picked Romney to be elected. If so the country may start to recover.
