Obama above 50% in some battleground polls(CNN) – New polls in three swing states indicate President Barack Obama exceeding 50% support among likely voters and holding leads of nine to 12 points over Republican nominee Mitt Romney. Fueling those numbers, the four polls suggest that Romney has lost his edge on the economy, an issue on which the challenger has based his campaign. |

Obama could not possible win an honest campaign. Throughout his political career, he has resorted to dishonest Chicago politics, and rigging the election. In his run for senate, he touted the registering of minority voters, while taking their votes away, by disqualifying his opponent on a technicality. He made scores of empty promises in 2008 in order to get votes. Today, he not only is depriving military voters of their votes, and eliminating I.D.'S to vote, but by pushing early voting, he is relying on votes, prior to the debates. If Obama wins a second term ... it will be for all the wrong reasons.
The American people are being mislead with the unreliable poll results.

In My honest opinion, I think it's all going to boil down to the debates. Romney's GOT to win those debates, otherwise Obama will be re-elected. I think those polls are incorrect. Take a look at 1980 – the polls had Carter UP 5 or 6 points or more in some polls. Then it was a tie, I mean it came down to the day of the election, then Reagan defeated Carter by a landslide. I honestly think that it WON'T be a Landslide, but I have a "gut feeling" that Romney's going to pull a "squeaker" and defeat Obama. I am talking by the slimmest of margins. I Just hope the supreme court doesn't get involved, otherwise, this country will be ticked off, if a situation like that comes up again. If obama expects to win, he needs to wake up those 18 to 30 yr. olds, which I doubt will turn out for him, this time ( hopefully I'm wrong) That's why he needs to go on kimmel / the view / leno / letterman, once more, in the next 20 days or so. ( most of the 18 -30 yr. olds don't even know this is an election yr, let alone they don't know who's running for Prez) Otherwise, Obama's SUNK !!

I agree with you. Based on what happened this year with the republican primaries and the confusion as to who won in certain states, I don't put much faith in these polls. Poll results are second hand information, and are not always based on a statistically sound group of voters. It boils down to getting people out to vote.
obama gaffs weekly...and, people see this....he is very transparent. Ignoring Israel's request for a meeting while meeting with supporters to raise money for reelection...what more should you need to see who/what this guy is? They try focusing on Romney's tax returns...and, that is ALL they have on Romney, he should be elected for that alone! obama stalls debt level and budget talks because he will not sign off on anything unless he can stick it to the higher wage earners, and continue the out of control social spending and cutting defense. If war with Israel breaks out it will not make any difference if they reach consensus on budget and debt levels...there will be another deeper recession...and it won't be funny...yet obama continues to play you for votes without consideration to the welfare of America. Also even if job reports show right now increased jobs in the job rates – people have a brain thats because these are what they call SEASONAL jobs people who work at stores like Macy, Walmart, and other stores at Malls – why hear some more right now Hospitals, Banks, and other corporations just recentley had lay-offs (these jobs are NOT seasonal jobs) so good that people have these seasonal jobs – guess what after these holidays are over ( by January 2013) all these seasonal employees will be let go because they were ONLY hire to work for the seasonal holidays- then tell me Obama is TRUELY saving jobs – don't let this report on job rates fool you about Obama and if like to know I was looking at several POLLS like the Gallop Poll and they had Romney leading over Obama – its funny the media ONLY likes to show POLLS that have Obama leading – gee I wonder why. If you have any common sense you do not want to have Obama for another 4 years making our defeciet go even higher- riun are kids future, raising MORE high cost of living, and keeping high premiums on the elderly's health insurance. With all the media's help showing Obama has the lead in POLLS means absolutely nothing. I saw a Gallop poll showing Romney had a 5 points lead over Obama. Remember too that POLLS do not include ALL AMERICANS

Oh yeah that sudden job rate improvement for Obama well people those are SEASONAL JOBS for the holidays at stores mostly at malls. – guess what when these holidays are over (January 2013) these SEASONAL JOBS are gone – no more work then. So yeah good that ese people have these SEASONAL jobs but they won't last long so ets do another job rate report on Obama in January 2013 – TOTALLY OPPOSITE! Guess what recently there were reports on certain hopspitals, banks, and corporations had layoffs while SEASONAL JOBS were up – gee Mr.President you are not serving your country very well at all. I am backing President Obama because I am better off than I was 4 years ago. I don't hate Romney, I think he is a good person with a bad plan. The thing that really worries me is Ryan. I don't know if it's just me but this guy is really creepy, odd , spooky and I just don't trust him. I think this man has some serious issues, in short Paul Ryan scares the hell out of me.

Most of the poll results are cooked, depending on who is the chef behind them. It reminds me of what Harry Truman said about economists: "If you lay them all end to end, they'll point in every direction. They have all lost credibility because of weighting and skewing. Even the 'early voter' polls are unbelievable, with one reporting that 67% of the early votes are for Obama. The only poll that counts is the vote count once the polls close on November 6th that picks the slate of electors who vote in the Electoral College.
BTW, the creepiest, spookiest, most mendacious candidate out there is Slow Joe Biden. Having this cretin a step from the Presidency has got to scare the hell out of every thoughtful American. Having Nancy Pelosi only two steps from the Presidency for four years was bad enough.
