Obama participates in moment of silence for Newtown

President Obama will observe a moment of silence this morning to honor the victims of the shootings in Newtown, CT. Later he speaks at Sen. Daniel Inouye’s funeral. There is no briefing and no indication of what is next in the fiscal cliff negotiations.
