White House day ahead: Irish Prime Minister, Middle East TripPresident Obama departs for the Middle East on Tuesday evening, but before he takes off he'll have a day full of ceremony. In the mid-morning, the president meets with Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny in the Oval Office, with a pool spray at the top of the meeting. Later the two leaders will attend a St. Patrick’s Day lunch at the United States Capitol. The President’s remarks at the lunch are private but there will be coverage of the entertainment. Back at the White House in the early evening, Obama and the First Lady will host a St. Patrick’s Day reception in the East Room where both the president and the Irish Prime Minister will speak. At 7:45 the president departs the White House for the Middle East – the first international trip of his second term:

OK, I am weary of 3 day old stories! Nothing CNN about the trip to Israel? Nothing about the protests by the Palestinians? Is this the "No news is good news" approach? What the heck? Where is everybody? I'd hate to see this forum die out and that is exactly what it appears to be happening!
Same here Steveo. I check in each day to see if there is anything new to talk about. We haven't seen anything from December or Jean (hope all is okay).

Yeah I did! How does anyone spend $550,000 for 1 night in Paris. I mean I get the security and stuff, but it was one night, how much security does the VP need? Who wants to harm Joe Biden... what does he do?

What is going on with the Saudi's and this president in the midst of the Boston bombing? Why did Obama meet with a Saudi leader yesterday, which was not included in official White House meeting list, and why is a Saudi "person of interest" in the bombing being deported for national security??? What's going on? Another cover-up?
